For over two decades, T.L. Garcia has been designing custom luxury jewelry. Her custom logo jewelry, pet jewelry, photo charms, logo cufflinks and key chains have placed her as the fashionista of the pet world. A lover of dogs and supporter of homeless animal shelters, Garcia was inspired to design indulgences for both pet lovers and pets after she rescued Skyler, a spunky mixed breed with a ton of personality.

Her pet inspired creations quickly caught on and Skyler moved from house pet to chief furry officer. Two additions to the cfo family, both rescues, Bailey, a poodle mix, and Heidi, a 7 year old pure miniature poodle became models for cfo and worked alongside Skyler. Sadly, in February 2009, Skyler passed on. Although she is deeply missed, she is ever present in the design room and continues to inspire.

I truly believe that being in the company of an animal makes us just plain happy.
