within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Upon the return of the merchandise, in unused and in it's original condition, we will offer a refund, less the shipping charges. Customized or Personalized Items may not be returned, unless there is a defect in the product or should we have made a mistake on your order. A replacement piece will be shipped.
